James T. (Tommy) McKinnon has extensive experience in construction and traffic management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Construction Inspector at VRX, Inc. since November 2015, McKinnon previously worked as a Traffic Control Coordinator at Ferrovial Agroman US Corp. between April 2011 and October 2015, overseeing traffic control for significant highway projects in Dallas. Prior to that, McKinnon held the position of Construction, Maintenance and Traffic Specialist with the Texas Department of Transportation from December 1997 to April 2011, focusing on construction inspection across various areas including structures and drainage. McKinnon graduated from Mesquite High School.
