Noelle Ibrahim

Noelle Ibrahim, PE has a diverse range of work experience in engineering and construction. Noelle served as President and CEO of VRX, Inc., where they managed design and construction projects and held the role of Resident Engineer for a specific section. Noelle also served as President of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), North Texas Chapter, and as Chief Engineer of Construction for the North Texas Tollway Authority.
