Tarek El-Mofty

Tarek El-Mofty has a wealth of experience in creative services and operations management. Tarek began their career as a Production Artist at Leo Burnett/Capps Digital, where they collaborated with Art Directors and Print Producers to execute creative projects. Tarek then worked at Foote, Cone & Belding as a Web Developer, handling website design and maintenance, as well as creating banner advertisements. Tarek's career continued to progress at Draftfcb, where they served as VP and Studio Manager, overseeing a team of creative professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality print, presentation, and digital materials. Tarek later joined Schawk! as the Director of Operations, Digital & Shopper, responsible for project planning and execution, team management, and expanding service offerings. Tarek's most recent position was at VSA Partners, where they held various roles such as Associate Partner, Director of Creative Services, and most recently, Associate Partner and Executive Director of Creative Services.

Tarek El-Mofty pursued their education at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior.
