Vivek Kathpalia

Vivek Kathpalia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer satisfaction and service management within the electronics industry. As Co-founder and Managing Director of VSAT Refurb Solutions Pvt Ltd since September 2017, Vivek has combined entrepreneurial endeavors with a robust tenure at Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd, where roles included General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the customer satisfaction division from 2002 to present. Key accomplishments include leading initiatives to optimize service processes, managing a network of over 600 service partners in North India, and implementing several partner support programs. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Marathwara University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
