Carrie Wood

Carrie Wood has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Carrie currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at VSC Fire & Security, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at TopBuild from April 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining TopBuild, Carrie worked for LL Flooring as an Assistant Controller from June 2019 to April 2022. Carrie also served as the VP Finance at Performance Foodservice from September 2017 to May 2019.

Carrie's earlier experience includes roles at Media General, where they worked as an Assistant Controller from January 2015 to July 2017, Controller - Markets from July 2011 to December 2014, and Controller - Accounting and Financial Reporting from November 2007 to July 2011.

Their career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Manager from 1999 to 2007.

Carrie Wood obtained their Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
