Nandhini A began their work experience in April 2018 as a Human Resources Executive Intern at Alchemy Techsol India Pvt. Ltd. Nandhini then joined Bluemeric, a Cloud, DevOps, and Kubernetes Specialist Company, in December 2018 as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In July 2019, Nandhini joined Vserve Ebusiness Solutions as a Business Development Executive, where they are currently employed.

Nandhini A began their education in 2014 at PSG College of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Nandhini completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, Nandhini A attended Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, General.
