VSN was founded in 1990 in Terrassa, Catalonia, Spain. After more than 30 years of constant growth and international expansion, the company was acquired in September 2021 by the Canadian group Valsoft Corporation. VSN's headquarters are located in the Parc Audiovisual de Catalunya, a production center and audiovisual cluster located in Terrassa.
