Kavitha T possesses extensive experience in banking operations, currently serving as the Head of Operations at VSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since December 2020, where responsibilities include managing CTS, CBS, and NACH operations for banks. Prior to this role, Kavitha held the position of Head of Banking Operations at Jana Small Finance Bank from November 2018 to June 2020 and served as Head of Liabilities Ops & Investment Services at DCB Bank from April 2017 to October 2018. Kavitha's career in banking also includes a significant tenure at Axis Bank, where the position of Vice President involved overseeing centralized CTS clearing operations from November 2001 to March 2017.
