Bienvenido Carlos

Bienvenido Carlos has extensive work experience in software engineering roles. Bienvenido started their career at Qualcomm in 2001 as a Senior System Test Engineer, where they received an outstanding award for their customer support and was responsible for CDMA IS98 compliance testing. Bienvenido then moved on to become a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm in 2008. During their time at Qualcomm, they also worked as a Software Compiler and Test Engineering Consultant, where they compiled, installed, and tested Android open source and Qualcomm proprietary software for Modem Test Phones.

In 2015, Bienvenido worked as a Freelance Full Stack Engineer, developing and deploying CMS systems and a RESTful e-commerce platform using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. Bienvenido also utilized JavaScript for AJAX retrieval of JSON files.

From 2019 to 2020, Bienvenido worked at AT&T as a Senior Application Developer, specializing in web application development using Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Bienvenido also worked on RESTful API interfaces with PHP and cakePHP on the backend, as well as MySQL database queries and packaging to JSON for API calls.

Currently, Bienvenido is working as a Software Engineer III at VSolvit, where they focus on full stack software development using PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Bienvenido'sresponsibilities include reverse engineering existing solutions, bug fixing, and front-end upgrades.

Bienvenido Carlos holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Hertfordshire. Bienvenido also has an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Alliance Formation Effect on Healthy Competition from the University of West London. In addition to their formal education, Carlos has obtained several certifications, including the Learn Node.js Course and Learn JavaScript Course from Codecademy in 2021, the Create a Front-End App with React Skill Path from Codecademy in 2019, the Learn AngularJS 1.X Course from Codecademy in 2019, the Learn React Course from Codecademy in 2019. Bienvenido has also completed the Learn React.js: Part II Course from Codecademy in 2019. Prior to that, Carlos completed the PHP with MySQL Beyond the Basics and PHP with MySQL Essential Training courses from Lynda.com in 2016. Bienvenido also has a certification in Front-End Web Development from San Diego Continuing Education, but the exact date of completion is unknown.
