Bienvenido Carlos has extensive work experience in software engineering roles. Bienvenido started their career at Qualcomm in 2001 as a Senior System Test Engineer, where they received an outstanding award for their customer support and was responsible for CDMA IS98 compliance testing. Bienvenido then moved on to become a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm in 2008. During their time at Qualcomm, they also worked as a Software Compiler and Test Engineering Consultant, where they compiled, installed, and tested Android open source and Qualcomm proprietary software for Modem Test Phones.

In 2015, Bienvenido worked as a Freelance Full Stack Engineer, developing and deploying CMS systems and a RESTful e-commerce platform using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. Bienvenido also utilized JavaScript for AJAX retrieval of JSON files.

Bienvenido Carlos holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Hertfordshire. Bienvenido also has an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Alliance Formation Effect on Healthy Competition from the University of West London.
