David Marple has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career in 1998 by founding their own computer consulting firm called 3-Tier Technologies, Inc., where they primarily provided consulting services for the FCC using Powerbuilder, C++, and Sybase. After four years, they joined Total Resource Management as a Senior Computer Consultant from 2002 to 2006. David then worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Computer Systems Engineer from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, David joined Starboard Consulting as a Maximo Specialist before transitioning to Total Resource Management in 2013 as a Senior Maximo Interface Developer. David'smost recent position has been with VSolvit since 2018, where they hold the role of a Software Engineer 4.
David Marple obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Frostburg State University from 1981 to 1986. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University from 1992 to 1996.
