Harry Richards

Harry Richards has over 30 years of work experience, starting as an Aviation Radar Technician in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 2003. Harry then worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at SAIC in 2005 and as a Senior Principal Functional Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2006 to 2015. In these roles, they developed integrated air and missile defense capabilities, conducted operational tests, and supported various C4ISR projects. Richards joined CACI International Inc in 2015 as a Senior Business System Analyst with a focus on MFOM products, testing support, and requirements and development analysis. Harry is currently working as a Senior Business System Analyst at VSolvit since 2018, managing software products and integration, and leading a team.

Harry Richards pursued their education chronologically. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Troy University, where they obtained an ASBA degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Harry studied at Old Dominion University, completing a BSBA degree in Management. In terms of additional certifications, Harry acquired the "Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
