Aaron Walker

Aaron Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodology and educational development. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at VSP Vision Care since August 2022, Aaron previously held roles as Scrum Master at Trifecta, Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, and ALLDATA. With a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing transitions to Agile practices, Aaron has successfully overseen various technical projects and contributed significantly to team performance and collaboration. Additionally, Aaron has experience as a Learning Development Project Manager, focusing on instructional design and training facilitation. Holding a Master’s degree in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Social Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Aaron combines educational expertise with practical application in diverse professional settings.
