Lucinda Ward

Lucinda Ward has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and vision care industries, currently serving as Division Vice President for the Western Region at VSP Vision Care since November 1993, where responsibilities have included overseeing regional operations in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to this role, Lucinda served as Regional Manager, focusing on large client sales and team management across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes working as an Office Manager at State Farm Insurance from April 1986 to November 1993, where operational management and cross-selling initiatives were key responsibilities. Lucinda holds a CEBS and CMS in Benefits from the IFEBP at the Wharton School, obtained between 2011 and 2017.
