Matthew Nartz

Matthew Nartz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of financial planning and analysis. Matthew began their career at Delta Air Lines as a Senior Logistics Analyst, where they focused on budgeting and performance tracking for logistics operations. Matthew then moved on to Pier 1 Imports, where they worked as a Manager of Forecasting and Analysis, responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting, and implementing Hyperion Essbase and Planning. Matthew then joined Cash America as a Senior Analyst and progressed to roles such as Manager of Corporate Finance and Manager of Financial and Management Reporting. At Cash America, they led a team that provided financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and business intelligence resources. Later, Matthew joined Mpower Healthcare as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they established the finance department and created consolidated financial reporting for a complex organization involving multiple companies and business lines. Currently, Matthew works as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at VSP Vision Care.

Matthew Nartz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Southwestern University in 1993. Matthew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing it in 1998. Following this, Matthew pursued another Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, completing it in 2001.
