Mayur Prabhu has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 as a Programmer at Polaris Computers. Mayur then worked as a Software Engineer at Honeywell, where they implemented innovative projects and optimized manufacturing processes. At Workflow, they served as a Senior Developer and played a key role in designing and developing web projects for B2B e-commerce. As a Senior Developer at Skybird Travel & Tours Inc, they contributed to the development of web projects. At Walmart Global Tech, Mayur held multiple roles, including System Analyst, Senior Programmer Analyst, Information Technology Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Information Technology Solutions. Mayur led various initiatives such as implementing SAP, establishing a PMO, and achieving cost savings through strategic initiatives. As the Director of Information Technology - eCommerce at Conn's HomePlus, they delivered significant revenue growth and optimized the website platform. In their current role as Chief Technology Officer at PECAA, Mayur leads technology strategies and innovations for the organization.

Mayur Prabhu earned a Masters degree in Information Systems from Strayer University in 2001-2002. Mayur obtained a Bachelors degree in Electronics from Shivaji University, and also completed a Masters Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Institute in 1996.
