Melissa Bass

Melissa Bass has extensive work experience in various roles at VSP Vision Care. Melissa began their career at VSP Vision Care in 1999 as a Team Lead & Client Specialist and later became a Supervisor, Client Delivery in 2005. In 2010, they were promoted to the position of Manager, Client Delivery, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Melissa served as the Manager of Individual Plans. Subsequently, they took on the role of Director of Sales Operations from 2016 to 2021. Melissa is currently working at VSP Vision Care as the Senior Director of Client Operations. In addition to their work at VSP Vision Care, Melissa is also a Board Member at Stanford Sierra Youth & Families, starting in 2022.

Melissa Bass received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing Management from California State University, Sacramento in 2002.
