Ameerah Idros

Ameerah Idros has a diverse work experience in the gaming and esports industry. Ameerah currently works as a Business Development Executive at VSPO. Prior to this, they were a Senior Community Manager at Tencent Games from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, Ameerah worked as a Community Manager at ESL Malaysia.

Before joining ESL Malaysia, Ameerah was self-employed as an Influencer, Gaming Content Creator & Host. Ameerah had extensive experience in content creation and hosting. Ameerah also worked as a Marketing Manager at Sandbox.Asia from 2019 to 2020, overseeing online and offline marketing activities.

In addition, Ameerah worked as a Community Executive at Cubinet Interactive Sdn Bhd, managing game communities and specifically overseeing Love Dance Mobile and MIA Online. Ameerah also had a brief role as an Esports Marketing Executive at Battle Arena Malaysia in 2018.

Ameerah gained valuable experience in the gaming industry as a Game Operation Associate at Garena Group from 2017 to 2017, focusing on marketing, sales, and community engagement/management. Prior to this, they worked as an eSports Assistant at Garena Malaysia from 2015 to 2016.

Ameerah's work experience also includes a role as a Customer Service Executive at Aegis BPO in 2014. Overall, they have built strong expertise in various aspects of the gaming and esports industry, including community management, marketing, and business development.

Ameerah Idros began their education in 2005 at SMK (P) Sri Aman, Petaling Jaya, where they pursued a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia in Sub-Science Accounts. After completing their secondary education in 2009, they went on to Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Masscommunication (Hons.) with a specialization in Public Relations. In 2019, they furthered their education at the Digital Marketing Institute, where they completed a Professional Course in Marketing.
