Michael Jobst

Michael Jobst has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Starting as an Intern at Carl Zeiss SMT Inc. in 2009, they later transitioned to becoming a Researcher at Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in 2010. In 2015, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Principal, where they held the role until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Principal at Vsquared Ventures since July 2022.

Michael Jobst completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Max Planck Society. Prior to that, they obtained a Dr rer. nat. degree in Physics from the Technical University of Munich in 2014 and a Diplom in Physics from the University of Regensburg in 2009. In 2008-2009, they studied Physics at ETH Zürich and in 2006-2007, they were at the University of Colorado Boulder for their Physics studies.
