Matt Ferguson, PMP has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Matt started their career in 2008 as a Construction Engineer at Hubbard Construction Company, where they underwent an intensive training program and gained experience in various departments. Matt then worked as a Field Engineer, Technical Engineer, and Project Engineer at Hubbard Construction, managing projects at airports and acquiring knowledge in asphalt paving and mix designs.

In 2011, Matt joined Roadway Management, Inc. as a Project Manager/Operations Manager, where they successfully completed a wide range of projects in the Southeast United States. Matt also worked on the acquisition transition when Hubbard Construction acquired Roadway Management.

Matt's career progression continued as they became a Project Manager at VSS International, Inc. in 2013. Matt managed multiple projects along the West Coast and successfully implemented new software to optimize resource allocation. Matt later took on the role of Construction Manager, overseeing a team of Project Managers and completing over 100 pavement preservation projects annually in six Western states.

In 2022, Matt joined the Western Regional Association for Pavement Preservation as Secretary of the Board, and later became the Vice President in 2023.

Matt Ferguson, PMP completed their education from Eastern Kentucky University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Matt attended the university from 2003 to 2007. In January 2020, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
