Dan Rakela

Dan Rakela is an experienced security professional with a background spanning several roles in the security sector, including positions at VSS Security Services, SecureONE, Securitas Security Services USA, and VetSec from 2020 to the present. Prior to focusing on security, Dan also worked in customer service roles at iQor and C3, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and technical support, as well as handling inbound customer calls for sales and service inquiries. Dan possesses a solid foundation in both security operations and customer support, complemented by educational experience at American River College.
