Newman Li

Newman Li has extensive work experience in various accounting and auditing roles. Newman started their career in 1998 as a Group Financial Accountant at Foshan Power Construction Group Co. Ltd. There, they were responsible for accounting and tax reporting across all branches and subsidiaries of the group. Newman also gained experience in different industries, such as trading, real estate, engineering, and vehicle maintenance. In 2004, Newman Li joined Guangzhou Pearl River Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Co.Ltd. as an Internal Audit Manager, where they established an internal audit department and implemented a comprehensive auditing system. Newman also coordinated with government authorities and external audit firms for tax and compliance audits. In 2006, they joined ECS Holdings Ltd as the Vice President of Group Internal Audit. In this role, they oversaw a team of auditors, reported directly to the Audit Committee Chairman, and was recognized for their contributions and promoted from China Internal Audit Manager.

Newman Li obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tianjin University of Commerce China, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained a certification called CICAP, although details such as the institution and the exact time of obtaining it are not provided.
