Michael Olenick

Michael Olenick is an accomplished entrepreneur and thought leader in the field of AI management tools, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of VSTRAT.ai since April 2025. The company is recognized as a pioneer in AI Aided Management tools, widely utilized by prestigious business schools and organizations internationally. Prior to this role, Michael held significant positions at INSEAD as a Research Fellow and Executive Fellow at the Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, where scholarly contributions included publications in Harvard Business School Publishing and Harvard Business Review. Michael's expertise in value innovation was further developed during extensive consulting work with Blue Ocean Strategy, and previous roles at GE and Avery Dennison provided a foundation in product management and new business development. Michael holds a degree in Communicative Information Systems from Antioch College and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
