Tim Hurst has a long and varied work experience. tim started their career in 2000 as the Director of Coaching and Assessment at HBS Talentflow (HBS Management Consultants Ltd). In 2015, they moved to Hanson Lee Resourcing Ltd as the Associate Director of Assessment. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Director of Assessment and Development at info@dnahr.uk, and also the Chairman at MILL HILL RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED from 2000 to 2015. tim is currently the Director of Business Development, VsureUK at VSure Group since 2022.

Tim Hurst holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies & Industrial Relations from PCL - Westminster University and has attended Hendon County Grammar. tim has also obtained certifications such as the PROPHET Predictive Role Profiling for Executive Teams from WISDOM 8 LIMITED in February 2020, the Terrorism Awareness Course from IPPSO LIMITED in January 2019, and is a Licensed Partner SHL Occuptional Personality Questionnaire OPQ 32, a Licensed TALENT Q (Korn Ferry) personality, ability, motivation tests, a Member of CIPD, a Member Association for Coaching MAC, and a Registered Qualified Test User from The British Psychological Society.
