Barry Pius

Barry Pius is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as the VP of Finance/CFO at The Vermont Community Foundation since May 2023. Prior to this role, Barry held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Healthy Living Market and Café from June 2020 to April 2023. Barry's extensive experience includes tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Vermont Systems, Inc. from September 2017 to February 2020 and President and Chief Operating Officer at Stowe Mountain Resort from 1995 to 2017, where oversight included a major $600M-plus real estate and development initiative and management of 1,400 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as VP/CFO and Controller at Bear Mountain, LTD from 1992 to 1995. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut and completed the Financial Management Program at General Electric Company.
