Ervin Vargas

Ervin Vargas serves as the MTCC-Latin America Technical Director and Professor at Universidad Marítima Internacional de Panamá since March 2021. In addition, Ervin Vargas holds the position of Technical Director in Charge at MTCC-Latin America concurrently since March 2021. Ervin Vargas has been the Chief Engineer at Nass Dredging Corporation since 2018 and has also been employed as Superintendente at VT Shipping International Inc. since February 2017. Previously, Ervin Vargas was the Director de Escuela de Construcción Naval at Universidad Marítima Internacional de Panamá.
