Deborah Dagang

Deborah Dagang is the Chief Planning Officer at Santa Clara VTA, where they oversee various aspects of transportation planning, including service operations and transit service development. With a strong technical background as a Civil Engineer, they have extensive experience in rapid transit, traffic engineering, and project management. Previously, Deborah held leadership roles at several firms, including as Vice President at WSP USA and on the Board of Directors at DKS Associates. They also served as the Past Chair of the WTS Foundation, focusing on advancing women in the transportation industry. In their spare time, Deborah enjoys being a hockey mom.
