Artyom Ghukasyan

Artyom Ghukasyan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at VTB Bank (Armenia) since April 2023. Previously, Artyom held the position of HR Manager at WaveAccess Armenia from June 2022 to April 2023. Artyom's extensive background at VTB Bank (Armenia) includes roles such as Deputy Head of the HR Department, Head of Remuneration and Social Programs Division, and Chief HR Specialist from November 2013 to June 2022. Artyom began a career in HR as a Senior HR Specialist at Ardshininvestbank CJSC from July 2011 to November 2013. Artyom holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, specializing in the Theory of Probability, from Yerevan State University, completed in 2011.
