Cynthia Balfour

Cynthia Balfour brings over 30 years of experience in account management and customer service within the insurance and banking industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Customer Service Representative at VTC Insurance Group since December 2008, Cynthia specializes in managing commercial accounts, including marketing new and renewal business and handling endorsement requests and certificates. Previously, Cynthia held similar roles at Bank of America, Bosquett & Company, and as an Account Manager for international accounts with International Insurance Services of America. Early career experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative in personal lines at Compass/Continental & Kaplani Insurance Agency. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Development from Wayne State University.
