From 2011 to 2021, they were Assistant Vice President at HDFC Bank Ltd, where they lead a result oriented team of 11 members and was responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management. From 2007 to 2011, they were Branch Operations Manager at ICICI Bank. From 2005 to 2007, they were Marketing Manager at CUREWELL DRUGS AND PHARMACEUTICALS PVT. LTD., where they performed Sales Analysis & Survey of Distribution Channels, motivated & developed Distributors/Stockist in the low performing and new markets, and developed, motivated, directed & guided a team of Ten Sales personnel. From 2004 to 2005, they were Team Leader at HBL GLOBAL PVT. LTD.

Ritiraj Gaur obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology/Animal Biology from Kurukshetra University between 2000 and 2002. Ritiraj then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Amity University between 2002 and 2004. In 2021, they obtained a Mutual Fund Distributor Certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in July and an Insurance Consultant certification from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India in June.
