Jon Vandertill has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare IT sales and business development. Jon began their career at IBM in 1981, where they served as a Client Representative and achieved consistent success in driving business results and building client relationships. Vandertill later transitioned into roles such as Marketing Manager and Resource Deployment/Opportunity Manager, where they demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to implement new tools and processes.

In 1996, Vandertill became a Senior Client Representative at IBM, responsible for leading the brand and services teams in identifying and delivering solutions to major healthcare and health insurance enterprises. Jon also played a pivotal role in securing a significant multi-year contract with a major academic medical center, resulting in a $20M+ winback for IBM.

From 2002 to 2010, Vandertill joined the newly-formed team at IBM that focused on the digital imaging segment in healthcare. In this dual role as a Business Development Executive and Sales Leader, they successfully drove market share for IBM's entry into the market and exceeded revenue objectives. Additionally, Vandertill cultivated key healthcare software vendor relationships to promote certification and support for IBM solutions.

In 2010, Vandertill joined Dell Healthcare and Life Sciences as a Medical Archiving Sales Specialist. Jon was selected to join the new Dell Unified Clinical Archive team as a Sales Leader, responsible for generating revenue growth from Dell Medical Imaging and Archiving Solutions. Vandertill successfully collaborated with Dell Account Teams, Customers, and Healthcare Business Partners to drive new Dell Storage technologies and unique Cloud-Based Healthcare Archiving implementations across the Great Lakes and Midwest Regions. Under their leadership, the Great Lakes Region grew from a new Dell start-up in 2011 to a $5M business year-to-date in 2013.

Since 2013, Vandertill has been working as a Regional Account Executive at vTECH io, where they continue to apply their sales and leadership skills to drive revenue growth for the company.

Jon Vandertill completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University from 1974 to 1978. Later, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1979 to 1980.
