Ralph May

Ralph May is a seasoned information security developer and physical security expert, currently serving as Co-Owner and Instructor at Practical Physical Exploitation, where they develop and teach the only real-world physical penetration testing course. They co-founded VTEM Labs in 2025 and have a diverse experience in security consulting, having held several roles at Optiv Inc and Black Hills Information Security. Ralph began their career in the US Army as a Satellite Communication Systems Operator-Maintainer and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University.
