Isabel Chiesa

Isabel Chiesa currently serves as a Customer Excellence Analyst at VTEX, where responsibilities include providing business improvement suggestions to increase revenue for Tier 2 and 3 clients, technical follow-up with clients, and creating content for communication automation. Previously, Isabel worked as an intern in Sales at Edify Education, focusing on sales reporting, dashboards, market studies, B2B communication content creation, and client prospecting. At Ayra Consultoria, Isabel held several roles, including Relationship Team member, Commercial Consultant, and Project Consultant, where project development for small and medium enterprises honed analytical skills and knowledge of the Office Suite. Additionally, Isabel coordinated commercial activities for the UFRJ Administration Athletic Association. Isabel earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in August 2023.
