Nilo Alfaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and sales leadership. Currently serving as Sales Director at VTEX since January 2021, Nilo manages teams in Marketing, Account Executives, and Solution Engineers while focusing on digital transformation and new business models across various industries. Previous roles at VTEX include Head of Sales and Channels, and Account Executive, contributing to significant growth in the LATAM region. Nilo's expertise extends to positions at Glovo as Head of Groceries, where commercial strategies for multiple verticals were developed, as well as roles in Cencosud S.A. and Ripley - Perú, driving e-commerce initiatives and commercial projects.
