Thiago Falcão

Thiago Falcão is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Tech Lead Manager of the Red Team at VTEX since March 2022, where responsibilities include establishing a Red Team, implementing vulnerability management processes, and leading cybersecurity assessments. Prior to this role, Thiago worked as a Security Engineer and conducted penetration testing and incident response. Thiago has also served as an instructor for security certification courses at Acadi-TI and worked as a Security Consultant at CI&T and Tempest Security Intelligence, focusing on cloud security, application security, and fraud prevention. Thiago began a career in information technology with internships in web development and IT support. Thiago holds a degree in Computer Science from UniFBV Wyden.
