Laura Eddy (Fleming)

Laura Eddy (Fleming) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Laura has held various roles in different companies, starting with a position as a Recruiting Administrative Assistant at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2010. Laura then became a Lead Recruiter at GAP Solutions, Inc., where they identified and recruited professionals for government agencies. Laura later advanced to the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing the recruitment strategy. In 2016, Laura joined SOS International LLC as a Recruiting Manager, where they managed a team of recruiters and maintained reporting mechanisms for staffing metrics. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at VT Group (VTG), where they provide strategic leadership and support for full lifecycle talent acquisition across various business areas within the organization.

Laura Eddy (Fleming) obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from West Virginia University. Laura attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Laura also obtained a certification as a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter from AIRS in February 2013.
