Pam Saca

Pam Saca is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at VT Group since January 2021, Pam previously held the position of Senior Human Capital Business Partner at DELTA Resources, Inc. from May 2019 to January 2021. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Acosta Sales & Marketing and HR Generalist positions at Meggitt PLC and Ingersoll Rand, where Pam demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compliance, strategic support during mergers, and training program development.
