Tonia Sparks

Tonia Sparks has a diverse work experience in contracts management. Tonia started their career at BAE Systems in 2010 as a Contracts Manager and later became a Senior Contracts Manager. In 2017, they joined BAE Systems, Inc. as the Director of Contracts at P&S. In 2019, Tonia joined VT Group as the Director of Contracts, and in 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Contracts.

Tonia Sparks earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland University College, a seven-year program that they completed from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Management degree with a specialization in Acquisition Supply Chain Management from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2015.
