Pam Pritchard

Pam Pritchard is an accomplished sales operations executive with extensive experience in the ophthalmic and optics industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Sales Operations at Visioneering Technologies Inc. since October 2016, Pam provides valuable data, analytics, and insights that align with business strategies while developing optimized programs and reports for streamlined execution. Prior to this role, Pam held various positions at Alcon, a Novartis Division, from November 1986 to December 2015, culminating in the role of National Account Director. Throughout a distinguished career, Pam managed relationships that generated up to $50 million in annual revenue and consistently exceeded sales performance objectives. Pam holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, both from The University of Akron.
