Rachel Ligocki

Rachel Ligocki, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at VTM Group, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing compliance for over 500 employees across multiple businesses. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Manager from November 2007 to September 2013, overseeing the entire recruiting process and utilizing various platforms to engage diverse candidates. Rachel began their career as a Customer Service Manager at Music Man Music Studio and as an Enrichment Class Educator at Boeckman Creek Primary School. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology from George Fox University, completed between 2004 and 2007.
