Lauren Cochenour

Lauren Cochenour has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to present, they have been a Project Manager at VTO Labs, a Technical Laboratory Assistant at VTO Labs, a Project Manager at Hannibal Technologies LLC, and a Teaching Instructor at Asana Yoga Studio. From 2016 to 2019, they were also Self-Employed as a Content Editor, Co-Owner/Business Manager at Clear Creek Organics, and a Certified Nursing Assistant at various locations. From 2008 to 2016, they were an Executive Assistant at Colorado State University Research Foundation. Additionally, from 2006 to 2016, they were a Photographer, specializing in journalism, commercial, birth, and weddings.

Lauren Cochenour received their Bachelor of Arts in Art History & Photography from the University of Colorado in 2008. Lauren also attended Front Range Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Certificate in Nurse Aide. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Chip-Off for Mobile and Embedded Devices from VTO Labs in 2020, Suicide Prevention Training from the QPR Institute in 2020, Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance in 2018, Registered Yoga Teacher, 200-Hour (RYT 200) from Yoga Alliance in 2016, and Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) from the Colorado Board of Nursing in 2006.
