Felix Soto Osorio

Felix Soto Osorio has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Jefe de Proyectos de TV Digital at VTR since 2000, where responsibilities include enabling cities with digital TV through the DAC6000 platform. Prior to this role, Felix held various project management positions at Telefonica Chile from 1990 to 2000, culminating in the role of Senior Operations Engineer. Felix's academic background includes a specialization in Radio Communications Systems from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in 1995 and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
