Kate Elliott has over two decades of experience in human resources, with roles ranging from HR Specialist at Delta Air Lines to Senior Director at VTrips. Kate has a strong track record in developing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, conducting associate surveys, and managing recruiting and talent development. In addition to their HR expertise, Kate also has experience as a business owner and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
