Evelyn Chan

Evelyn Chan is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at VTS since July 2023, contributing to the leading technology platform in the commercial real estate industry. Previously, Evelyn held senior HR roles at Jam3 from August 2019 to April 2023 and was responsible for enhancing talent management and organizational development in a design agency setting. Evelyn's experience also includes positions at #paid | Creator Media as the People Operations & Talent Lead, and in various human resources roles at Health Canada and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. Evelyn holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa.
