Carl Wills is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in both project and software engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Trihedral Engineering Limited since May 2005, Carl Wills has successfully converted multiple Water/Waste Water Management Systems to the VTScada product and contributed to the installation of a Marine Alarm & Monitoring solution on Coast Guard vessels. Previously, Carl Wills worked at L-3 Communications from April 1987 to April 2005 as a Software Engineer, where design and implementation of a C++ simulator for CP-140 aircraft equipment took place, as well as performing duties as a Production Engineer managing military product manufacturing processes. Carl Wills holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia (Dal-Tech) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Saint Mary's University.
