Hendrik Pantlen has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hendrik is currently working as the Head of Business Development at VTU Group since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director Switzerland at Wood from March 2017 to February 2020. During their time at Wood, Hendrik played a key role in the acquisition and integration process of Amec Foster Wheeler.

As the Managing Director from September 2009 to June 2016, they were responsible for overall corporate activities in Brazil and achieved significant growth rates for incoming orders and sales. Prior to that, as the Head of Engineering and Project Management, Hendrik successfully completed large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Hendrik began their career as a Project Engineer at Heel GmbH in 1997. Hendrik contributed to the development and manufacture of medicines made from natural substances.

Hendrik also completed an Executive MBA from the BSP - Business School São Paulo and conducted a Master Thesis in Process Engineering at the Imperial College London.
