Jean-Baptiste PILLOT is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management, currently serving as the Head of Development at VTX since September 2006. In this role, Jean-Baptiste PILLOT oversees a team of over eight international developers, focusing on process improvement and risk reduction while driving the development department's vision and aligning technical roadmaps with company goals. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Engineer and Full Stack Software Engineer, where Jean-Baptiste PILLOT introduced best practices and innovative development techniques. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from UTBM and a University Diploma of Technology in Telecommunications and Network Engineering from IUT de Belfort Montbéliard.
