Aakash Jain

Aakash Jain serves as an Associate Partner at VU Venture Partners since September 2018, focusing on investments in founders who aim to simplify processes and address real market needs at scale. In addition, Aakash has been a Supercharger at neonVest since January 2023, enhancing early-stage founders' networks by facilitating connections with curated venture capitalists and elite founder-operators. Previous experience includes fintech investment banking at Financial Technology Partners from 2015 to 2017, a venture capital fellowship at Jump Capital in 2014, and a Vice President role at Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2013, where Aakash specialized in interest rate derivatives and electronic trading. Aakash holds an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago, a Master's in Computer Science from Cornell University, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Jacobs University Bremen, and an International Baccalaureate from Frankfurt International School.
