Joost Ligthart is an experienced hospitality and operations professional with a comprehensive background in managing diverse hotel and entertainment facilities. Currently serving as the Territory Manager for Vue Cinemas Netherlands, Joost previously held the position of Director of Operations for EuroParcs, overseeing 50 holiday resorts across the Benelux region. Joost's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at JVH Gaming & Entertainment, where responsibilities encompassed 85 casinos, as well as past leadership roles at Fitland Groep, Van den Tweel Hospitality Group, and Golden Tulip Hospitality Group. With a Master's degree in Hotel Management/Administration from Stenden University Leeuwarden, Joost's expertise spans operational excellence, strategic decision-making, and P&L management across various hospitality sectors.
