Jason Ruppert

Jason Ruppert currently serves as Vice President of Operations at VueReal Inc., starting in July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Phononic Inc., where strategic initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing and disruptive product launches were led. Additionally, Jason was Vice President of Hi-Tech and Semiconductor Practice at Bristlecone, focusing on digital transformations within supply chains. As SVP of Engineering & Operations at Nanotron, growth through effective supply chain management was achieved. Jason held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations & Information Technology at OCZ Storage Solutions, overseeing global operations. Earlier roles include Vice President of Manufacturing Operations & Engineering at Harmonic, Technical Program Director at Ciena, and Senior Director of Engineering at Nortel Networks. Jason holds a Master of Science in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University, along with an Associate of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology.
