Carina Rawein is an accomplished voice user interface architect with extensive experience in conversational design and voicebot development at Ideabay.AI from April 2022 to June 2024. Responsibilities included designing personas, developing natural language understanding (NLU), and managing the testing and monitoring of chatbots post-launch. Prior to this role, Carina served as a computational linguist at LangTec from September 2017 to March 2022, focusing on advanced text generation software and phonetic transcriptions while providing linguistic consultancy on various projects. Carina holds a Master of Arts in Language Technology from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sprachwissenschaften from the University of Augsburg.
